Credit Notes

This module allows you to correct the invoices (fee notes) and give a discounts to clients.


Steps:

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to Client Invoicing module, under Fee Notes, Credit Notes section link click on Credit Notes link
  3.  Click on the “New Credit Note” button at the top left
  4. Fill in on the details in the pop out form in all the provided fields accordingly i.e. Client, File, user assigned, approver, currency, item type (legal fee, Disbursement Vatable/Non-vatable), item category, description of the service rendered, amount and V.A.T.
  5. Scroll down and click on “Save Credit Note” once you are done to submit
