Customer follow up report

This is basically a template where you are able to pull a report on the follows ups done, it can be weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Steps:

  1. Go to client management module under "Customer Relationship Manager" section
  2.  Click on the "Customer Follow Up Report" link 
  3. A form will pop up, fill in the customer details, staff responsible, time span of the report you want to view can either monthly, quarterly or yearly
  4. Scroll down and click on the "View Report" button to view the report
