Customer follow up report
This is basically a template where you are able to pull a report on the follows ups done, it can be weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Steps:
- Go to client management module under "Customer Relationship Manager" section
- Click on the "Customer Follow Up Report" link
- A form will pop up, fill in the customer details, staff responsible, time span of the report you want to view can either monthly, quarterly or yearly
- Scroll down and click on the "View Report" button to view the report
