Client pick up at the reception

This enables you to keep track of client visits and the total number of visiting on a daily basis and to capture the time taken to handle different clients.

Steps:

  1. You can register a new client pick up by clicking on the “New client Pick Up” at the top left side of the page
  2. A New Client/Visitor pick up form will pop out
  3. Fill in the details related to that specific client in the provided fields, client name, contact, time in and out, person at the reception, person handling and quick description of the visit reason
  4. Click on the "Add Pick" up button to submit once you are done


To access the list of all clients pick up at the Reception 

Steps:

 

  1. Go to client management module
  2. Click on the “Client Pick Up At Reception” link
  3. Scroll down to view the list of all clients pick up registered in the system
