How to Create a Company Seal :

Follow the steps below to create a company seal in the system.

1: Log in to the system

2: From the available modules, click on System Set Up. From the sub-modules displayed, click on User Accounts.

Select Manage User Accounts - This will display all registered users if you have the necessary access rights. If you do not have access to view all users, your own user account will be displayed individually.

3: Access Stamps and Seals

Locate your name in the list of users. Click on the Action drop-down menu located on the far right of your name.
From the options displayed, select Stamps and Seals -This will open the page where you can create and manage stamps and seals.

4: Create a Company Seal

Click on the blue Create Stamp/Seal drop-down button.
Select the appropriate option from the options displayed.
To create a company seal, click on Create Seal (Company). The system will display the Seal Builder form.

5: Complete the Seal Builder Form

A. Top Arc - Enter the text you want to appear along the top arc of the seal.

For example: Enter the relevant name

You can then customize the text by selecting:

Font: Select your preferred font, for example, DejaVu Sans Bold.
Font Size: Adjust the size of the text as required.
Letter Spacing: Adjust the spacing between the letters to achieve the desired appearance.

B. Bottom Arc

Enter the text you want to appear along the bottom arc of the seal.

C. Centre Block

The centre block allows you to add text that will appear in the centre of the seal.

For each line of text, you can select:

To add another line of text, click Add Line.

To remove a line, click the X icon located next to the text line.

6: Customize the Rings

The seal builder includes the following ring options:

For each ring, you can adjust the Position, which determines how far the ring is positioned from the centre towards the edge of the seal.

7: Customize the Style and Size

Under Style & Size, you can customize the appearance and size of the seal.

Text Color: Select the preferred color for the text.
Ring Color: Select the preferred color for the ring lines.
Background: Select the preferred background color from the drop-down menu.
Diameter: Adjust the size of the seal.
Centre Line Spacing: Adjust the spacing between the lines of text in the centre block.
Side Stars: Tick the checkbox to display side stars on the seal. Untick the checkbox if you do not want the side stars to appear. You can also adjust their size as required.

8: Preview the Seal

Use the Preview option to view the completed seal and confirm how it will appear.

9: Save or Download the Seal

Once you are satisfied with the design, you can choose from the following options:

Save to Library

Save the seal in the system for future use.

When saving the seal enter:

Title: Enter a name for the seal, for example, Corporate Notary Seal.
File Name: This is optional. If you do not enter a file name, the system will automatically generate one based on the title. For example, if the title is Corporate Notary Seal, the file name may be generated as: Corporate_Notary_Seal_20260614121506

If no title is entered, the system will generate a file name in the format: seal_<timestamp>

Download

Download the completed seal to your device.

Start Over

Clear the current design and begin creating a new seal from the beginning.

Once you select Save to Library, the seal will be saved in the system and can be accessed for future use.
