Follow the steps below to view and download stamps and seals in the system:

1: Log in to the system 

2: From the dashboard, locate and click on the nine-dot icon at the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a menu displaying system options.

3: Access Corporate Stamps and Seals

• Scroll through the options displayed in the menu. Click on Corporate Stamps and Seals. The system will display the stamps and seals that have been created and saved.

4: To download a stamp or seal:

• Locate the stamp or seal you wish to download.
• Click on the Action menu located next to it.

Select Download - The selected stamp or seal will then be downloaded to your device
