Once time entries have been recorded, they can be added directly to a client's invoice through the fee note.
Here is how:
- On invoice, locate the Quick Menu at the top of the page.
- Click on View Pending Billable Items. This will display a list of all recorded time entries that have not yet been added to an invoice.
- Review the list and select the entries you wish to include in the fee note by ticking the checkboxes next to each entry.
- Once all desired entries are selected, go to the Bulk Action dropdown menu and select Insert to Fee Note, then click Go.
- The selected time entries will be automatically pulled through and displayed under the Fee Note Items on the invoice.
Note: Only pending billable items that have not yet been invoiced will appear on this list. Once inserted into a fee note, they will no longer show on the pending items.
