Once time entries have been recorded, they can be added directly to a client's invoice through the fee note. 

Here is how:

  1. On invoice, locate the Quick Menu at the top of the page.
  2. Click on View Pending Billable Items. This will display a list of all recorded time entries that have not yet been added to an invoice.
  3. Review the list and select the entries you wish to include in the fee note by ticking the checkboxes next to each entry.
  4. Once all desired entries are selected, go to the Bulk Action dropdown menu and select Insert to Fee Note, then click Go.
  5. The selected time entries will be automatically pulled through and displayed under the Fee Note Items on the invoice.

Note: Only pending billable items that have not yet been invoiced will appear on this list. Once inserted into a fee note, they will no longer show on the pending items.
