Time splitting is used when more than one staff member has worked on the same Progress and Bring Up entry. The time can be split to accurately reflect how long each person contributed to the same task.
Steps to Split Time:
- Locate the relevant Progress and Bring Up entry you wish to split time on.
- Click on the Action drop-down menu on the entry.
- From the drop-down options, select Time Splits.
- A form will open displaying the Time Taken field. Fill in the following:
- Name — Select the name of the staff member who also worked on the task. (This can also be added by the staff member who contributed)
- Time — Enter the amount of time that person contributed.
- Once completed, click Save.
Note: The split time entry will automatically reflect on the Time Tracking record of the staff member whose name was added, ensuring that each person's contribution is accurately captured and accounted for.
