Steps:

  1. Use your assigned credentials to access the system.
  2. On the dashboard, click on the “Case Management” module.
  3. Under Case Management, click on the Management drop-down menu, then select File Progress/Bring UpsA list of all existing file progress updates will be displayed. 
  4. Click the “Add New Progress” button.
  5. Select “Add File Progress & B/Up.” This will open a form where you can enter the progress details.
  6. Fill out the form with the following details:
  • Date of Progress:
      Select the date the action was taken.
  • Client:
      Choose the client associated with the matter.
  • File:
      Select the specific file you are updating.
  • Action Description:
      Briefly describe what action was completed.
  • Time Taken:
      Enter the duration spent (in hours and minutes).
  • Next Action (Way Forward):
      Provide a brief description of the next step to be taken.
  • Next Bring Up Date:
      Choose the date you want to be reminded to follow up on the matter.
  • Reminder Period (Days):
      Specify how many days before the bring-up date the reminder should be triggered.
  • Send Reminder To:
      Select the individual(s) who should receive the reminder notification.

8. After filling in all the required fields, review the information and then click “Add Action” to complete the process.

 

Note: The same procedure applies when adding either a Progress Only or a Bring Up Only entry.
