This feature allows you to send a single email to many recipients at once, such as all customers or suppliers. The email addresses are normally extracted from the registration point of the clients, suppliers and many more.

 

Steps:

  1. Begin by logging in using your assigned credentials.
  2. From the main dashboard, at the top-right corner of the screen and click on the nine-dot icon.
  3. From the pop-up options that appear, click on Bulk Email this displays all the emails sent.
  4. Create a new campaign by:
    • Clicking New Email Campaign at the top of the page.
    • A pop-up form will appear. Fill in the required details (e.g. campaign name, subject and message).
    • Click Submit. Your campaign will now appear as a draft in the Bulk Email Campaign list.
  5. Add recipients:
    • In the Bulk Email Campaign list, go to the Action menu (far right of your campaign) and select View Recipients from the dropdown menu.
    • Click Add Recipients to choose your recipient group (e.g. All Customers or all Suppliers).
    • Tick the checkboxes for the specific recipients you want to select or tick on the first checkbox to include everyone in the group. 
    • Click Add to Email Campaign at the bottom of the page to save your selection.
  6. Review and send the campaign:
    • Go back to the Bulk Email Campaign page.
    • In the Action menu, select View Campaign.
    • A color-coded pop-up will appear with options like View Recipients, Preview Campaign and Send Campaign.
    • Click Send Campaign to send your email to all chosen recipients.
