Steps:
- Log into the system
- On the main dashboard, locate “Case Management” module.
- Within Case Management, click on “Document Administration,” then select “Corporate Document Manager” from the dropdown menu.
- A list of all document templates added in the system will be displayed.
- To add a new document template, click on the “Add Document” button (in Green)
- Fill in the details on the popup form i.e. Document name and document to upload
- Once done click “Save” to add and save the template in the system.
