Steps:
- Use your assigned credentials to access the system.
- From the dashboard, click on Case Management module.
- Click Client & Matters, then choose Matters/Files from the dropdown menu.
- A list of all registered files will be displayed.
- To close a file, go to the Action dropdown menu on the far right of the file’s row and select Close File.
- Fill in the File Closing Summary with the relevant details.
- Click Post Summary. The file status will update to Pending Closure awaiting approval.
