Steps:


  1. Use your assigned credentials to access the system.
  2. From the dashboard, click on Case Management module.
  3. Click Client & Matters, then choose Matters/Files from the dropdown menu.
  4. A list of all registered files will be displayed.
  5. To close a file, go to the Action dropdown menu on the far right of the file’s row and select Close File.
  6. Fill in the File Closing Summary with the relevant details.
  7. Click Post Summary. The file status will update to Pending Closure awaiting approval.
