Steps:

  1. Use your assigned credentials to access the system.
  2. Once on the dashboard, locate and click on the Reports module.
  3. Click on “Management Reports” then select relevant report you wish to view from the dropdown.
  • Performance Report – Advocate: This report provides a breakdown of each advocate’s earnings based on billable items included in client invoices.
  • Performance Report – Department: Evaluates how specific departments (e.g. Litigation, Conveyancing, Commercial) are performing.
  • Performance Report – File Type: Assesses performance based on the nature of files (e.g. criminal, commercial)
  • Performance Report – Branch: Breaks down performance by office branch location.
  • Client Balances Report: Shows how much money each client has available or outstanding in their respective files.
  • Files with Debit (Negative) Balances: Lists all files where the expenses or disbursements exceed the available funds.
  • Earning Per Client: Breakdown of how much income has been generated from each individual client.
  • Earning per client type: Tracks revenue based on categories of clients 
  • Earning per file type: Shows income based on the type of legal matter or service offered (e.g. conveyancing, litigation)
  • Earning per fee earner: Details the revenue generated by each lawyer working on billable matters.
  • Client Statement: A detailed summary that outlines all financial transactions related to a client, including payments received, invoices issued and any outstanding balances.
  • Statement of Account: Provides a summary of all invoiced amounts, payments received and any outstanding balances. It offers a clear view of the client’s financial position by outlining what has been billed, what has been settled and what remains due.
  • Settled invoice for distribution: Refers to invoices that have been paid by clients, and now the earnings can be distributed (e.g., commissions to staff).
