Steps:
- Access the platform using your credentials.
- From the main menu, go to the Case Management module.
- Click on the Time Tracking select the report you wish to view from the list.
Below are the reports offered:
- Monthly summary report - This reports details the Time Postings grouped on a monthly basis, with this report you can generate a report of all or particular client(s) and file(s), all or specific user(s) for a particular period. The results of the will be a report broken down to the various months within the selected period and with the specified criteria.
- T&E Report per User – This is a report that will give the postings done per user with the specified options such as based on a client or file, and the date period of the actions.
- Client Summary Report – This report will indicate the postings done per client, you can filter with a specific client to see the records posted within the period selected.
- Unbilled Client Report – A summary report of all client time postings done that are not billed, a summary based on client. This are the time posts indicated as NOT BILLED on the Time Tracking Postings
- Unbilled Report per User – this report is similar to the Unbilled Client Report but per user, grouped based on the user postings.
- Fee Earners and Non Fee Earners Report – This reports indicates a summary of the time postings per user based on the users who are either fee earners or non-fee earners respectively.
- Internal Time Report per User – This is a report on the Internal Time Postings done per user
- Time Exception Reports – Time Tracking enables one to create departmental exceptions for specific tasks, an example would be a clerk may take 3hrs to do pleadings and on the same task an advocate may take 2hrs working on the same task. When a user in the department with exception spends more time than the specified for the task an exception will be generated in the exception report.
- T&E Department Report – This is a departmental report indicating the various users under a certain department, showing the Time Billed, Internal Time, Total Time (Internal + Time Billed), and the time target based on the period selected. The target is derived as 75% of the expected daily work time, example you are expected to work 8hrs a day, the target would be 6hrs a day, the total time would be the daily target multiplied by the working days within the period (less weekends and holidays).
