Steps:

  1. Log in to the system using your credentials.
  2. From the main dashboard, locate the “Case Management” module.
  3. Within Case Management, click on “Safe Management,” then select “Process Request” from the dropdown menu.
  4. You will be directed to a list of all disbursed documents.
  5. Identify the document you wish to return. On the far right, click on the “Safe In” button (highlighted in blue).
  6. Receive Document form will pop up. Fill in the required details accordingly.
  7. Once completed, click the “Receive Doc(s)” button to finalize the return process.
