Steps:
- Log in to the system using your credentials.
- From the main dashboard, locate the “Case Management” module.
- Within Case Management, click on “Safe Management,” then select “Process Request” from the dropdown menu.
- You will be directed to a list of all disbursed documents.
- Identify the document you wish to return. On the far right, click on the “Safe In” button (highlighted in blue).
- A Receive Document form will pop up. Fill in the required details accordingly.
- Once completed, click the “Receive Doc(s)” button to finalize the return process.
