Steps:

  1. Log in to TeakLaw system.
  2. From the main dashboard, locate Case Management module.
  3. Click on Safe Management, then select “Request Safe Item” from the dropdown options.
  4. At the top of the page, click the Request Safe Item button.
  5. A request form will appear, fill in all the required details accurately.
  6. Once done, click on the Request Doc(s) button to submit your request.

Note: The request will await approval and disbursement.
