Steps:

 

This happens after a file has been closed or marked as dormant

 

  1. Log in to TeakLaw system.
  2. Once you are on the dashboard, find and click on the "Case Management" module.
  3. Under Case Management, click on “Client & Matters”, then select “File Archive” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on “Add Box” to create a section for either closed or dormant files
  5. A form will appear. Fill in the required details, including the box type and box number, then click “Add Box Number” to save.
  6. To begin archiving, click on the relevant category e.g. Closed Files (highlighted in blue).
  7. The Archive Closed File form will appear. Select the specific files you wish to archive.
  8. Click “Archive Closed Files” to save and finalize the archiving process.
