Steps:
This happens after a file has been closed or marked as dormant
- Log in to TeakLaw system.
- Once you are on the dashboard, find and click on the "Case Management" module.
- Under Case Management, click on “Client & Matters”, then select “File Archive” from the dropdown menu.
- Click on “Add Box” to create a section for either closed or dormant files
- A form will appear. Fill in the required details, including the box type and box number, then click “Add Box Number” to save.
- To begin archiving, click on the relevant category e.g. Closed Files (highlighted in blue).
- The Archive Closed File form will appear. Select the specific files you wish to archive.
- Click “Archive Closed Files” to save and finalize the archiving process.
