Steps:

 

  1. Begin by logging in using your assigned credentials.
  2. From the main dashboard, at the top-right corner of the screen and click on the nine-dot icon.
  3. From the pop-up options that appear, click on Send Memo to open the memo composition form.
  4. Complete the form by entering the required details:
    • Subject: Provide a clear title of the memo
    • Message: Write the content or body of the memo
    • Send To: Select the recipient(s)
    • Attach Documents: (Optional) Upload any relevant attachments
  1. Once all fields are completed, click on the Send Memo button to dispatch the memo to the selected recipient(s).
