Steps:

1. Begin by using your assigned credentials to log in to the system.
2. Once logged in locate the Dashboard module and click on it.
3. From the dropdown options under the Dashboard module, select System Analytics Dashboard.
4. The System Analytics Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key performance metrics, including:
   1. Total number of clients registered
   2. Files opened
   3. File progress
   4. Closed files

Note: All data presented on a quarterly basis for better analysis and comparison
