Steps:

  1. Log in to the System. Enter your credentials and sign in to your account.
  2. On the main dashboard, click “Clauses.” This displays a list of template clauses previously captured.
  3. Locate the specific clause you wish to deactivate.
  4. On the far right of the clause entry, tick the checkbox to select it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, open the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and select "Deactivate." Click "Go" to complete the deactivation process. 

Note: The same procedure can also be used to activate or delete clauses, depending on your requirements.
