Steps:
- Log in to the System. Enter your credentials and sign in to your account.
- On the main dashboard, click “Clauses.” This displays a list of template clauses previously captured.
- Locate the specific clause you wish to deactivate.
- On the far right of the clause entry, tick the checkbox to select it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, open the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and select "Deactivate." Click "Go" to complete the deactivation process.
Note: The same procedure can also be used to activate or delete clauses, depending on your requirements.
