Steps:

1. Log in to the System. 
2. On the main dashboard, click “Place Holders.” This displays a list of template place holders previously captured.
3. Locate the place holder you wish to deactivate.
4. On the far right of the place holder entry, tick the checkbox to select it.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and the Bulk drop down menu and select Deactivate option the click on Go to complete the process. 
   Note: The same procedure can also be used to activate or delete clauses, depending on your requirements.
