Steps:
- Log in to the System.
- On the main dashboard, click “Documents Shared for Review.” You will see a list of shared documents.
- Locate the specific document you wish to action.
- On the far right of the document, tick the checkbox to select it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, open the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and select "Close Shared Link or Re-Open Shared Link." Click "Go" to complete the selected process.
Note:
- Close a Shared Link: Once closed, the link becomes inactive and the recipient will no longer be able to access the document.
- Re-open a Shared Link: This reactivates the link, allowing the recipient to regain access through the original email notification.
