Steps:

  1. Log in to the System. 
  2. On the main dashboard, click “Documents Shared for Review.” You will see a list of shared documents.
  3. Locate the specific document you wish to action.
  4. On the far right of the document, tick the checkbox to select it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, open the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and select "Close Shared Link or Re-Open Shared Link." Click "Go" to complete the selected process. 

Note:

  • Close a Shared Link: Once closed, the link becomes inactive and the recipient will no longer be able to access the document.
  • Re-open a Shared Link: This reactivates the link, allowing the recipient to regain access through the original email notification.
