This feature allows you to generate a secure link for clients to create their own documents based on a selected template.
Steps
- Log in to the System. Enter your credentials and sign in to your account.
- On the main dashboard, click on “Manage Template Shares.” You will be directed to a list of all previously shared templates along with their details.
- Click on the “Share New Template” button located at the top left of the page. This opens the Template Sharing Form.
- To share a template. Click on Share New Template button located at the top far left. This populates a template sharing form, fill in the required details i.e.
- Select Template – Choose the document template you wish to share.
- Client Information – Enter the client's name and email address.
- Access Settings – Define when the link should expire and set the maximum number of documents the client can generate.
- Message – Enter a personalized message that will be included in the email sent to the client.
5. Once all fields are completed, click “Share Template with Client” to send. The client will receive the email with the link and instructions to generate the document.
Notes:
From the Action drop down menu has additional features to help you with
- Copy Link - Select copy link to generate a direct URL to the template.
- View Created Documents - Click this option to see all the documents that have been created using that particular template. i.e. Client Generated Documents
- Revoke Access- Use this to disable access to the template, making it unavailable for further use without deleting it.
