This is a collection of pre-designed templates that can be reused across different tasks. These templates serve as starting points by providing a consistent format and structure.
To upload a new template, you need first to have a pre-designed document saved on your computer, which includes standardized formatting, placeholders or clauses that will be used to generate documents automatically within the system. This ensures that every document created from the template follows a consistent structure and meets your professional requirements.

- Log in to the System. Enter your credentials and sign in to your account.
- From the main dashboard, click on the Template Library module. You will be taken to a page that displays all templates currently available in the system.
- To upload a new template. Scroll to the upload new template, enter the template name(optional) If not provided, the original filename will be used.
- Below the "Template File" section. Click on the "Choose File" button. A window will open allowing you to browse your computer. Select the template file you want to upload
- Once your file is selected, click on the "Upload Template" button.
- After uploading your new template will appear in the list of available templates.
Notes
Additional features on templates assist with enhancing document functionality by allowing users to:
1. Edit – This allows you to make changes to an existing document template. You can perform a range of actions including:
- Inserting placeholders – Add fields such as client name, case number, or date, which will be filled in automatically when generating documents.
- Locking or unlocking content – Control which parts of the document can be edited by others, helping to maintain consistency and prevent unintended changes.
- Inserting clauses – Add clauses to ensure compliance and uniformity.
- General content editing – Modify the body text or adjust formatting to better suit your needs.
2. Delete – Remove templates that are no longer needed.
3. Placeholder – Add placeholder tags within the template (e.g. for client name, date, etc.)
4. Clause – Insert standard clauses.
