After an invite is sent, the client will receive an email notification.
Steps:
1. In the email, click the "Access Your Account Now" link.
2. This will open the client portal page displaying (e.g. Demo & Co Advocates).
3. Enter your email address and password, then click the "Log in" button to access the portal.
4. If this is your first time logging into the portal, you will see a "Request New Password" option.
5. Enter your email address and click "Send Request". You will receive a notification confirming that the password reset request was successful, and a reset link has been sent to your email.
6. Check your email for a "Reset Password" link. Click on the "Change Password" link provided.
7. The link will open a window where you need to enter and confirm your new password.
8. Ensure your new password meets the following criteria, At least 8 characters long, contains at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. Once entered, click "Change Password" to submit.
9. After successfully changing your password, click on "Back to Log in" which will redirect you to the login page.
Enter your email address and new password, then click the "Log in" button to access the portal.
10. Once logged in, you will see the client dashboard displaying file matters, progress updates, events, invoices, receipts, and more.
11. Click the "Log out" option below your name at the top right of the page, to exit the portal.
