Steps:
- Log into startaz.io
- Locate and click on the HR & Payroll module. Click on the HR Admin dropdown menu
- Click on the Compensation and Benefits link. This directs you to page displaying a list of compensations and benefits
- To add compensation and benefit. Click on New Compensation and Benefit button at the top left of the page, complete the form by filing in the required details
- Once done click on Add Benefit to save the details
Note:
The Action Menu located at the far right of each staff contains a range of additional features to manage your compensation and benefits effectively.
- Edit - Allows you to update the existing compensation and benefit details as needed
- Attachments - Enables you add or view attachments related to the compensation and benefit
- Comments - Enables you to add comments or view existing comments on the compensation. Facilitate internal discussions and notes regarding the compensation and benefit
