Steps: 

  1. Log into startaz.io
  2. Locate and click on the HR & Payroll module. Click on the HR Admin dropdown menu
  3. Click on the Compensation and Benefits link. This directs you to page displaying a list of compensations and benefits
  4. To add compensation and benefit. Click on New Compensation and Benefit button at the top left of the page, complete the form by filing in the required details
  5. Once done click on Add Benefit to save the details

The Action Menu located at the far right of each staff contains a range of additional features to manage your compensation and benefits effectively. 

 

 

  • Edit - Allows you to update the existing compensation and benefit details as needed
  • Attachments - Enables you add or view attachments related to the compensation and benefit
  • Comments - Enables you to add comments or view existing comments on the compensation. Facilitate internal discussions and notes regarding the compensation and benefit
