Steps:

 

  1. Log into startaz.io
  2. Locate and click on the Hr & Payroll module
  3. Click on the Staff Management dropdown menu
  4. From the options presented click on Manage My Leave Applications. This directs you to a page displaying different types of leave and the number of days available
  5. To add apply for leave. Click on the apply drop down depending the type of leave you wish to apply. 
  6. Complete the leave application form by filing on all the relevant details i.e. start and end date, enter responsibility and select the staff member you are delegating your task to, and the recommender
  7. Once done click on Submit to finalize your leave application. This awaits recommendation and approval

 

Note:

 

The Action Menu located at the far right of each leave application contains a range of additional features to manage your leave effectively. 

 

 

  • Edit - Allows you to update the existing leave application any as needed
  • Print – Should you need a print out of your leave application
  • Attachments - Enables you add or view attachments related to the leave applied. Attach supporting documents i.e. sick sheet
  • Comments - Enables you to add comments or view existing comments on the leave applied. Facilitate internal discussions and notes regarding the leave
  • Reminders - Set reminders for follow-up actions related to the leave applied.
