Steps:
- Log into startaz.io
- Locate and click on the Accounting & Finance module
- Click on the General Ledger Reports dropdown menu
- From the presented options select the report you wish to view
The reports offered
- G/L Account statement – This is a detailed report that summarizes the transactions and balances of general ledger account over a period. The general ledger is a repository where all financial transactions are posted
- Monthly Comparative Report – This report compares different G/L accounts across different months within the same year.
- VAT Report- Value Added Tax Report is a detailed that summarizes the VAT transactions of a firm over a specific period. It is divided into two-Input VAT report is the VAT paid by the firm on its purchases of goods and services and output VAT report provides the VAT collected by the firm on its sales of goods and services.
- Withholding Tax Report – This is a report that provides withholding tax for assets and liabilities
- Withholding VAT Report - This is a report that provides withholding tax for clients (assets)and liabilities (suppliers)
- G/L Account Statement (Deleted)- This report provides a listing of transactions for the general ledger accounts that have been deleted
NB: At the bottom of the page click on print or Export to Excel should you need a copy of the report.
