These transactions are often for day-to-day expenses that occur frequently and need to be addressed quickly.
Steps:
- Log into startaz.io
- Locate and click on the Office Administration module
- Click on the Transactions (payments/transfers) dropdown menu
- Select Petty Cash Payments from the presented options
- This directs you to an Office Payments/ Transfers form. Complete the form by filling in all the necessary details accordingly i.e. date, client, file (if the payment is associated with a file), petty cash account, expense account, description, net amount etc. Click on Add Item (green button)
- Once done click on the Execute button to complete posting
