Steps:

  1. Log into startaz.io
  2. Locate Legal module
  3. Under the Documents dropdown, click on Company Documents link. This will take you to a list of company documents and folders
  4. To upload a document, click on Add Document button (Green in color) at the top page. 
  5. Fill in the details on the pop- up upload document form i.e. document title, title and select document to upload.
  6. Click on Save button once done to submit

 

Note.

The Action Menu on the far right of each folder has addition features upon clicking allows you to i.e.

  • Edit Document - Allows you to update the existing document details
  • Restrict Access - Adjust permissions for who can access the document.
  • Rename Document - Change the name of the document accordingly
  • Delete Document - remove the document from the system
  • Download Document- Allows you to download the document
