Steps:
- Log into startaz.io
- Locate Legal module
- Under the Documents dropdown, click on Company Documents link. This will take you to a list of company documents and folders
- To upload a document, click on Add Document button (Green in color) at the top page.
- Fill in the details on the pop- up upload document form i.e. document title, title and select document to upload.
- Click on Save button once done to submit
Note.
The Action Menu on the far right of each folder has addition features upon clicking allows you to i.e.
- Edit Document - Allows you to update the existing document details
- Restrict Access - Adjust permissions for who can access the document.
- Rename Document - Change the name of the document accordingly
- Delete Document - remove the document from the system
Download Document- Allows you to download the document
