Diary Management

Diary management enables you to keep a record of various events for clients or office functions. These records serve as reminders for planned events, such as outside meetings involving specific staff members and other invited individuals. Additionally, reminders are sent via emails to ensure that all commitments and deadlines are met efficiently.


To add an event

  1. Log into startaz.io
  2. Locate Business Development module
  3. Under Add-Ons, click on Diary/Event Management link
  4. To add an event, click on the “Add Event” button at the top left
  5. An “Add Event” form will pop out
  6. Fill in all the details in the provided fields accordingly
  7. Scroll down and click on the “Submit” button once you are done to complete


Note

The “Action” button at the right side of each client also contains;

  1. Multiple Reminders- This enables you to set a reminder. Fill in the details in the “Reminder” pop out form then click on the “New Reminder” button once done. 
  2.  “Delete Reminder” option when you want the reminder deleted.
