Steps on how to upload documents:


1. Log into StartAZ.io


2. Navigate to the "Operations" module and select the "DMS" link, proceed and click on "Documents Manager link to access all the documents uploaded in the system.


3. To upload a document, click on the “Upload Document” button at the top left


4. Click on “File Upload” link from the dropdown list


5. Fill in the necessary details accordingly in the pop out “Upload Documents” form such us client, file, document title, owner, viewers, document to upload choose the soft copy of the document from where i saved


6. Once you are done click on the “Upload” button to save

The Action Menu located at the far right of each document provides a range of additional features to manage your documents effectively. 

 

  • Open DocumentThis action allows you to open a document to view
  • Edit Details - This action enables you to modify the details of a document. This could include changing the title, description, or other relevant details that describe the document.
  • Copy Document - This action creates a duplicate of the selected document. The document can be copied to another file
  • Move Document - This action allows you to transfer the document from one file to another.
  • Rename Document- This action allows you change the name of the document.
  • Delete Document- This action permanently removes the document from the system
  • Other DetailsThis can refer to any additional information or actions related to the document
  • Share Document - This action enables you to share the document with others i.e. via email
