Office Instructions serves in managing and processing various requisitions within the office. They also follow a specific workflow for them to be processed.
The instructions can be marked depending on the urgency of it. Can either be Low, Normal and High priority to notify the receiver. Instructions also have a Turn-Around-Time (TAT) which is the period it is supposed to be completed.
It allows you view the status of the instructions which can be (not checked, in progress, pending acceptance) Upon completion a notification is sent to the respective emails to notify on completion.
Steps:
1. Log into StartAZ.io
2. Locate and click on "Operations" module and select the "Instruction" link, proceed and click on Office Instructions link to access all the instructions raised in the system.
3. To send, click on the "Add new Instruction" button on the top left
4. A “New Instruction” sheet will pop out
4. Complete all the required details accordingly on the pop up form, required to fill date, instruction type, instruction category, Turn-Around-Time and receiver
5. For the office account instruction which involves financial items, scroll down on the description section and make a quick description of the items requested for and amount. Add the item by clicking on the Add button then proceed to select the approver.
6. Click on the “Send Instruction” to submit once done. The instructions will need to go through approval, acceptance, execution and completion processes as per the work flow.

Request Submission - An instruction request is initiated and sent for processing.
Approval - The request undergoes a review and approval process.
Acceptance - Once approved, the request is formally accepted for execution.
Execution - The accepted request is then executed according to the specified instructions.
Completion - Upon execution, the request is marked as completed.
This workflow ensures that all instructions are handled efficiently and systematically, maintaining order and accountability in the process.
