Instructions:

This section contains all the file instructions registered in the system.  We have clerical and they gives directions on what should be done assigned by a specific user focus on administrative and operational tasks. Instructions follow a specific workflow to ensure streamlined execution. 

The instructions can be marked depending on the urgency of it. Can either be Low, Normal and High priority to notify the receiver. Instructions also have a Turn-Around-Time (TAT) which is the period it is supposed to be completed. 

It allows you view the status of the instructions which can be (not checked, in progress, pending acceptance) Upon completion a notification is sent to the respective emails to notify on completion.

Steps:

1.  Log into StartAZ.io
 

2. Locate and click on "Operations" module and select the "Instruction" link, proceed and click on File Instructions link to access all the instructions raised in the system.

 

3. To add a new instruction, click on the "Add new Instruction" button on the top left


4. A “New Instruction” sheet will pop out


5. Complete all the required details accordingly on the pop -up form, required to fill date, instruction type, instruction category, Turn-Around-Time and receiver 


6. Click on the “Send Instruction” to submit once done. The instructions will need to go through acceptance, execution and completion processes as per the work flow.

Below is a instruction Workflow Process

 1.Request Submission - An instruction request is initiated and sent for processing.
 2.Acceptance - the request is formally accepted for execution.
3. Execution - The accepted request is then executed according to the specified instructions/posting feedback
 4. Completion - Upon execution, the request is marked as completed.
 

This workflow ensures that all instructions are handled efficiently and systematically, maintaining order and accountability in the process.
