Capturing progresses and bring ups for your clients is important for maintaining transparency, ensuring timely updates, and addressing issues promptly. It helps track the status of tasks, make informed decisions, and keep clients informed, which enhances trust, satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of the service provided.


Steps:

 

1. Log into StartAZ.io


2. Locate and click on "Operations" module and select the "Client & Files" link then click "File Progress & Bring Ups" from the available options to access a list of all files progresses updated in the system


3. To capture a new file progress/Bring Up, within the "File Progress & Bring Ups" section

 

4. Locate and click on the "Add New Progress" drop down button at the top left. From the available options select the option you wish to work on i.e. Add file progress/Bring up, Add file progress only and Add file bring up only.


5.To add i.e. Progress only select "Add File Progress Only " on the drop down menu


6. A form will pop out, complete it by filling in all the required details.


7. Scroll down and select "Add File Progress” button to submit/save once done
