Opening a file for a client is important because it ensures organized, personalized and compliant service delivery, which varies depending on the services offered. Additionally this ensures organized and accessible documentation, tracking and managing client interactions and progress, enhances communication and follow-up with clients.


Steps:

 

1. Log into StartAZ.io

 

2. Locate and click on "Operations" module and select the "Client & Files" link then click "Manage Files" from the available options to access a list of all files registered in the system


3. To open a new file, within the "File List" section, locate and click on the "Open New File" button at the top left

 

4.Fill in the details on the pop out form titled “Open New Client File” form. Complete the form by filling in all the necessary details i.e. associate handling, Client, open date, approval partner etc

 

6.Scroll down and click on "Open File" to complete the process
