Client registration facilitates the seamless registration of new clients in our system and enhance your ability to track and manage client information effectively.
kindly follow the outlined steps below:
1. Log into StartAZ.io
2. Locate "Operations" module and select the "Client & Files" link then select "Client List"
3. To initiate client registration within the "Client List" section, locate and click on the "Register Client" button at the top left
4. A client registration form will pop out. Fill in client details accordingly, complete the form by providing accurate details for the new client on the fields provided i.e. Select the appropriate client type, enter the client's name, telephone number, and email address, specify the contact person, i.e. the immediate individual to be contacted. Add additional contact persons if there are more than one by clicking on the "New Contact" button
5. To save the client, scroll down to the "Add Client" section and click on the button to save and complete the process.
