Initiating the appraisal process is essential for creating a framework that supports effective performance management within the firm. Steps:
1. Go to the HR & Payroll module
2. Under HR Add - Ons click on Appraisal copies link
3. To initiate the process, click on the Manage Questions button then Other Actions dropdown menu and choose "Initiate Appraisal" option. After this the system automatically sends an email notification to all staff members, notifying them to begin their respective appraisal processes.
