For Feedback you can only have one at a give time. Any subsequent feedback will replace that already there. 

To maintain a proper record of communication that are required by anyone interacting with that task, we use comments. Comment Section keep track of the comment Date, who posted and the comment itself with every subsequent comment adding to the list.


,Steps;

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Every user has access to the Notifications button at the top right corner of the system page.
  3. Click on the Notification button to reveal a list of pending system activities including My To-Do List 
  4. Select the My To-Do List Option to open the To-Do List pop-up window with a list of pending tasks.
  5. Within the list, you can access the View link on the far-right View column.
  6. Click the View link on the task you’d wish to provide comment to open the View popup window.
  7. In this window head to the Comment section. Fill in the comment description.
  8. If you select a user or users in the Send To?: section, they will receive the comment as a memo.
     Otherwise, those who can view the task from their lists will be able to view the comments by accessing the view To Do list
