Electronic signature will allow you to sign receipts directly from the system without having to download and sign them physically.

Please follow the below steps;  

 

1. Log into the system

2. Go to “CLIENT INVOICING” module

3. Click on “Receipts” sub module

4. Click on “Issue Client Receipt” link

Note that signing can also be done when re-printing a receipt

5. Key in the details required as shown below in the pop out form

6. Click on “Submit” button to save

7. Receipts details are as shown below and the sign link (blue in color)

8. To sign, click on the “Sign” link

9. A signing form will pop out with the following details as shown below i.e. Type It,  Draw it and Image options. Below is an example of Type it option, enter your name (it is automatically typed in the box below).

10. For the Draw It option, enter you name then select Draw It  to draw your signature as shown below. 

11. For the Image option, an image of your signature can be inserted by sharing the image. I.e. Enter you name and click the Image link then the image will be automatically inserted. 

NB: We can upload and save the image for you, should you choose to sign with the Image option  then the image will be inserted after clicking Image link.

 

 

 

 

12. Click on Save button to submit.

NB: As shown in the example below the option chosen was Type It, which means after entering your name it is automatically typed at the box below.

13. After saving your signature is displayed on the receipt as shown below, the sign option used was Type it.
