Client portal allows your clients to access their data i.e. File progress, invoices, receipts etc.
Follow the below steps:
1. Client will receive an email notification as shown in the example below once an invite has been sent.
2. In the email, click on the Access Your Account Now link.
3. This will open the Client Portal login page, which will display your firm’s name (e.g., Demo & Co Advocates).
4. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
5. As a first-time user, you will be prompted to create a new password.
6. Enter your email address and click Send Request.
7. A notification will confirm that your password reset request was successful, and a link will be sent to your registered email.
8. Open your email inbox and look for an email titled Reset Password.
9. Click on the Change Password link in the email.
10. The link will open the Client Portal where you can create your new password.
Password Requirements:
- At least 8 characters long, must include at least 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
11. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Change Password.
12. Click on Back to Log In to return to the login page.
13. Enter your email address and the new password you just created.
14. Click Log In to access the portal
15. Once logged in successfully, you will have access to: File Matters, File Progress Updates, File Events, Invoices, Receipts etc
16. To log out click on the drop down next to your name, log out link will pop out click on it to exit.
