Client portal allows your clients to access their data i.e. File progress, invoices, receipts etc.

Follow the below steps;


1. Client will receive an email notification as shown in the example below once an invite has been sent.

2. Click on the Access your Account Now link

3. This opens a client portal page with client name i.e. Demo & Co Advocates as shown below

4. Client should enter email address and password as shown below. Once done click on the Log in button to access the portal.

5. Note that as a first timer to log into the client portal, you will receive a Request New Password option.

NB:Afterwards the clients log in with their email addresses and the new password.

6. Enter your email address and click on the Send request

7. You will get a notification as shown below that the password reset request successful and the link has been sent to your email (client email)

8. Go back to your mail, as shown below the email send reads i.e. Reset password

9. Click on the change password link to reset password

10. The link opens the client portal window which requires you to enter a new password and confirm it. Note that you should apply the password policy at least 8 character long, at least 1 capital, 1 numeric and 1 special character.

11. Once done click on the change password button to submit.

12. Click on back to log in, which takes you to the log in page

13. Enter email address and password. Note that this is the password you will use when logging in plus your email address.

14. Once done click on the Log in button to access the portal.

15. The client has successfully logged into the portal, this shows file matters, file progresses, file events, invoices, receipts etc as shown below

16. To log out click on the drop down next to your name, log out link will pop out click on it to exit.
