Client Portal is a secure web application that allows your clients to access their data. Note that the clients' contact person(s) registered in the system are the only ones who will receive invites via their emails, you can also add contact person(s) depending on the ones you would like to access the Portal.
Follow the below steps;
- Log into the system-
2. Click on “CASE MANAGEMENT” module
3. Click on “Maintenance” sub module
4. Click on “Client List” link
5. Click on “Action” button against the client you wish to send an invite for them to Access the client portal
6. Click on “Action button” against the client
7. Click on “C/P Invitation” link to send an invite. Note that the registered contact people will receive the invite via the email.
