Steps:

  1. Log in to the system.
  2. Locate the Client Management module.
  3. Click on Client List to view all registered clients.
  4. Find the client you want to invite, then click the Action button on the far right
  5. From the drop-down options, select C/P Invitation. This will send an invitation to the client’s registered contact persons via email.

Important:

  • The invitation is only sent to the email addresses listed under the client’s registered contact persons.
  • If no contact details are available, you will need to update the client’s details first by editing their details and adding the contact information.
