Steps:
- Log in to the system.
- Locate the Client Management module.
- Click on Client List to view all registered clients.
- Find the client you want to invite, then click the Action button on the far right
- From the drop-down options, select C/P Invitation. This will send an invitation to the client’s registered contact persons via email.
Important:
- The invitation is only sent to the email addresses listed under the client’s registered contact persons.
- If no contact details are available, you will need to update the client’s details first by editing their details and adding the contact information.
