Please note that file Progress tracks the actions/instructions executed on a particular file. Timesheet tracks what users do on a daily basis, file related or not. File Progress is linked to timesheet to prevent entering same data two times in the system.


Follow the below steps:

 

  1. Log into the system
  2. Under "File Management" Module -> "Maintenance" section -> " File Progress / Bring Ups" Link,
  3. Click "Add New Progress" button and select either "Add File Progress & B/Up" or "Add File Progress" option.
  4. On the file progress form, add the details as required.
  5. Select the "Send to Timesheet" option,
  6. This opens a small section where you select the most appropriate activity type and activity.
  7. If this option is selected then it is sent to timesheet.
  8. You can also edit the timesheet entry by editing the file progress.
