This module enables you to capture different identified security incidents.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “INCIDENT MGT” module
3. Click on “Security Incident Management” sub module
4. Click on “Security Incidents” link
5. To view a list of incidents captured in the system
6. Fill in all the details in the pop out form accordingly in the different sections
I.e incident type, description, open date, owner, status (ongoing or closed), risk profile and incident profile as shown below.
7. Once done click on the “Create” button to submit the details
8. The captured incident is saved under the incident management section as shown in example 4 which is still ongoing ( yet to be initiated)
