Incident stages are the different management processes that identified incidents undergoes before it is completed this also helps avoid it recurring.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “INCIDENT MGT” module
3. Click on “Security Incident Management” sub module
4. Click on “Incident Settings” link
5. To view different incident captured in the system as shown below
6. To add a stage, click on “Settings” button at the top page
7. Click on “Add Incident Stage” option
8. Fill in the details in the pop out form i.e. name and description
Once done click on the Add button to save the details.
