This analysis is used to determine and evaluate whether the company is adhering to the standards and the government regulations that apply in the product and service operations.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “COMPLIANCE MGT” module
3. Click on “Compliance Management” sub module
4. Click on “Compliance Analysis” link
5. Go to the specific third party you wish to analyze, click on “Action” button against it as shown below
6. Click on “Analyze” option
7. Fill in all the details accordingly in the provided sections in the pop out update compliance analysis form as shown below
I.e. select the owner, description, efficacy (satisfactory degree), mitigation options, compliance drivers and current compliance status (compliant, not compliant and not applicable) depending on the findings.
8. Once done click on the “Update” button to submit the details
9. This shows the compliance package status, number of mitigation controls, policy items, owner, risks etc
