Reviews are the activities that take place to monitor, inspect and follow ups done for different risks involved.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “RISK MGT” module
3. Click on “Risk Management” sub module
4. Click on “Other Risks” link
5. Go to the risk type you wish to add a review and click on the “Action” button against it
6. Click on “Reviews” option
7. To add a review, click on “Action” button against the planned date
8. Click on “Edit” option
9. Fill in the details in the pop out form accordingly i.e. actual date, reviewer, status (complete or pending) and the next review date
Once done click on the “Update” button to submit the details as shown below
10. Review is saved under risk reviews section showing the description, reviewer and the status of the review done
11. Risk status will read Incomplete Review which means the review wasn't completed its still pending as shown in the below example
