Risks reviews are the activities done to monitor, inspect and follow up regarding the created business risk.
Follow the below steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “RISK MGT” module
3. Click on “Risk Management” sub module
4. Click on “Business Impact Analysis” link
5. Go to the specific risk you wish to add a review for, click on “Action” button against it
6. Click on “Reviews” option
7. This is to view the dates planned for the risk reviews, click on “Action” button against the planned date
8. Click on “Edit” option to add reviews
9. Fill in the details in the pop out form i.e. actual date, description, reviewer, status and the next review date. Once done click on the Update button to save the details as shown below.
10. The review details will be saved Risk Reviews section which show the results i.e. description, reviewer and the risk status.
