Business risk are different to a threat to the company’s ability to achieve goals. In business, risk means that a company’s plans may not turn out as originally planned or that it may not meet its target or achieve its goals. This module enables you to manage your Business Impact Analysis framework including the analysis, treatment and communication of risks.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Go to “Risk MGT” module
3. Click on “Risk Management” sub module
4. Click on “Business Impact Analysis” link
5. To view a list of all business risks in the system. To register a new business risk, click on the “Create Business Risk” button at the top.
NB: Advance Search button used to perform a quick search, Export to Excel should you wish to export the list and the Print option should you need a print out of the same.
6. Fill in all the details in the pop out Create Business Risk pop out form accordingly in the provided sections as shown below
7. Once done click on the “Create” button at the bottom page to submit the details
8. The registered business risk will now appear in the list as shown in the below example 7 which awaits selection of the review date for reviews to be conducted.
