Third party risks reviews facilitate inspection for better management and continuous improvement.
Steps:
1. Log into the system
2. Click on “RISK MGT” module
3. Click on “Risk Management” sub module
4. Click on “Third Party Risk Management” link
5. Go to the specific risk you wish to add a review then click on “Action” against it
6. Click on “Reviews” option
7. This is to view the set review date, to add a review click on the “Action” button against the planned date.
NB: Advance Search button used to perform a quick search, Export to Excel should you wish to export the list and the Print option should you need a print out of the same.
8. Click on “Edit” option
NB: delete option should you wish to erase the details, comment and attachment link should you nedd to attach any document involved in the review process
9. Fill in all the details in the pop update risk review form i.e. actual date, reviewer, status (pending or completed) and the next review date
Once done click on the Update button to submit the details as shown below
10. Review added will be saved under risk reviews section with the current status as per the inspection done this also shows the next review date
11. The specific third party risk status will now read OK awaiting the next review date
